A graduate of the Culinary Institute of American (CIA), Chef Begani is adept in designing menus with a focus on seasonally-inspired dishes using the freshest local ingredients possible. He incorporates a healthy and "farm fresh consciousness" without sacrificing the eclectic flair that CR’s has become known for.
Begani brings a youthful zest to our kitchen that is reflected in the presentation on your plate and the flavors on your tongue. He’s assembled a talented culinary team that assists him in delighting your taste buds each and every time you enjoy a meal with us.
